With 5th kid now running 103 within the past week it's become a very quiet house. Graham was the 1st, developing an ear infection with it. Infection was treated with colloidal silver and he's back on the move and very much on the mend. While his ran a 3 day course, Gavin fell in behind him, minus the ear infection, but ran 4 days worth of fever and the inability to get it to completely break at any given time in there. Both of those guys are finally over it but we now have Evye, Ivye and Gatlin all down with it and running a consistent 103. I can't remember the last time anybody's been sick so I guess we're doing really well on that end. But with that many actively sick or recovering the house has become very still and oddly quiet. So, just pictures for now as we run our little infirmary.

Laying around keeping the sick ones company and getting them what they need. Lessons in serving each other and meeting each other's needs. I love how happy they are to play nurse. Lightens the load a bit and makes the night shift completely do-able.
The quiet ones that still feel good
There's always a buddy around even when you still aren't feeling top notch. They're having fun with the phonics, abc, paint, and number games on the phones....and angry birds, which they're better at than I am. My patience, or lack thereof, doesn't do very well with angry birds.

Inevitably one bails and another kid is right behind waiting for the vacant spot. They're all barely dressed due to all the fevers. Keeps laundry at a minimum though!
